SyncKitConfiguration Framework

A framework to read configuration key-value pairs from a config file and make them globally available. The ConfigReader class provides the functionality to read values from a specified config file and convert them to the appropriate type. SyncKitGlobals is a convenience class to load known config constants for the SyncKit library.
